We Conquered the Ocean

Lately its been hard.

I've found myself feeling a bit down.  I know I know, everyone has told me, admonished me, etc. Why are you sad, they ask.  You're getting married!  They've told me that they have more reason to be sad, since at least I have someone that loves me and that I love more than anything.  They're right, of course, and it makes me feel incredibly selfish to feel this way.  Why should I be sad when I have so much to be happy for?

Well, it's been well over a month since I've returned to Australia, and missing my darling Brandy terribly. But at least the package has been sent. So now begins the countdown towards our reunion. I simply can't wait. ^_^

More good news as well. I have been doing trials for a possible serving job at a hotel bistro, and things are looking very promising. This will be my third trial run today, and I have another scheduled for tomorrow. If all goes well, I will get this job, and so I can begin sa...

So in the news of the visa, the packet has been sent off and I received the NOA1 on Nov 4th! Yay!! Hopefully it won't take them the full 5 month average before we get approved, and hopefully everything goes smoothly and I didn't make any mistakes on any of the forms >.<   I'm happy but stressed at the same time.  I miss Ben so much.
